You do not need a referral for play therapy. You may be advised about the possibility of play therapy by a professional, such as a GP or a school social worker. In that case, a referral letter stating the reason is appreciated. <\/p>

Intake<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>

After registration, we first schedule an appointment for an intake interview. This conversation is with you as parents. Together, we will look at the request for help you express for your child. After 4 observation sessions, we draw up a treatment plan, which we then discuss with you. <\/p>

Treatment<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>

The duration of play therapy varies for each child. It depends on the complaints, the situation, and the child’s ability to adapt, as well as their environment. We reflect on this during each parent meeting. This allows us to discuss what your child needs (or still needs), as well as what you as parents need to support your child. <\/p>

Completion<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>

When the process in the play therapy room is completed, you will receive a final report. In this, we briefly describe the course of the therapy.
